I printed up aircraft logbook entries for the aerobatic endorsement and the Phase I completion endorsement. I just cut the printouts out and used a glue stick to stick 'em into the book. You could get fancy with label stock to print on, but whatever, this works fine and is dirt cheap. Anyway, here's the aerobatic thing.
